Mentolio is a mobile app designed to bridge the mentorship gap for college students by connecting them with mentors who share their academic interests and career goals — at no cost. The app addresses the critical need for career guidance and mentorship in real-time, offering instant connections with available mentors.

Problem Statement

Mentorship plays a vital role in shaping students' careers, yet:

  • 61% of students have never had a mentor for career guidance.

  • 85% struggle to connect with the right mentors due to a lack of appropriate information.

  • 100% consider career advice on internships and job searches as a top concern.
